Born in Transylvania, Marta Hutchinson brings a global perspective and strong professional background to real estate. Before transitioning into the field, she owned a successful medical device company in Los Angeles, where she developed precision, problem-solving skills, and a deep commitment to client care.

After moving to Texas in 2018 and settling in Fredericksburg in 2023, Marta quickly embraced the Hill Country community. Known for her solution-oriented mindset, she approaches every transaction with honesty, creativity, and determination — always focused on finding a path to “yes.”

Marta represents buyers, sellers, and investors with strong negotiation skills and steady professionalism. Dedicated to trust and clear communication, she strives to make every experience seamless. Though not born in Texas, she proudly calls it home and embodies the spirit of a true Texan.
