With experience in investments, rehabs, and short-term rentals-as well as her own recent move to Fredericksburg-she understands the challenges clients face when relocating or searching for the right home.

Her approach is grounded in honesty, practicality, and genuine care. Anna works hard to make the buying and selling process smooth and stress-free, offering clear guidance and steady support to everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.

When she’s not working, Anna enjoys sunrise walks with her husband and their dog, baking sourdough, and tackling home projects. She treasures time with her children and grandchildren and is passionate about helping others find their place in the Hill Country.
