In real estate, there is a saying, “it ain’t over until it’s closed, and even then funded!”. The 2021 FORE PREMIER PROPERTIES MOST CHALLENGING DEAL CLOSED AWARD is a special award. The agent who earned this award closed a tough deal that most agents would have run from. It shows character, perseverance, and, most importantly, patience. Congrats to Karin Buchanan for closing the most challenging deal.

2021 FORE PREMIER PROPERTIES RISING STAR AWARD

This year, we had several excellent new additions to the team, but one rising star stood out. The 2022 Rising Star award goes to Troy Faust, closing $3,687,720 and 17 transactions since April when he started. He has cultivated extensive sales and communication skills over a lifetime in sales, so it’s no surprise he would be a natural.
