Abraham Lincoln once said: “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” When Micah and I founded Fore Premier Properties in 2008, we claimed this company’s success will come from offering the absolute best marketing Kerrville and the Texas Hill Country has ever seen – and we were right. After 12 years of making history, Fore Premier Properties continues to be the market leader, setting trends in real estate, providing five-star service to all clients and settling for nothing less. As Realtors® we pour passion into the stewardship of the real estate interests of our clients.

In 2020, the onset and rapid growth of the COVID-19 pandemic brought many challenges to the real estate industry. Fore Premier Properties continued to demonstrate resilience and perseverance throughout the year. I am immensely proud of the dedication of all our associates (both staff and agents) to providing the best-in-class experience for all our clients. Throughout this experience, we have learned a lot about ourselves, the industry, and the community we serve. That strength will only better our company.

I want to take this moment to highlight the outstanding job our team of 37 associates did this past year in the representation of our clients. But first, I want to take a look back on where we have been. In 2018, our firm closed over 90M in total production volume from 300 transactions. In 2019, that number grew 11% to 100.5M from 378 transactions. And in 2020, a 35.6% increase over the prior year was achieved for an astounding 135.6 million in total volume from 396 transactions. I wish to congratulate every single member of our team for this incredible achievement.

Before I begin honoring the success of some of our finest, I want to take a moment to note my appreciation to our phenomenal support staff, Kelli O'Donnell and Dawn Keehn. These two highly skilled and dedicated members of the Fore family are instrumental in the day to day operations - the processing of multiple listings and contracts - the organization and function of the office and countless other important duties. To say that they are indispensable and irreplaceable would be an understatement. Their dedication, loyalty and friendship is more than I deserve.

Also, we would never have a strong reputation for marketing if it weren't for our exceptional marketing department. Micah Fore orchestrates the marketing efforts of our company, our agents, and our listings - as well as managing all company finances, accounting and billing. He is always on the lookout for the latest trends in real estate marketing and new tools to serve our clients.

Now comes the fun part… AWARDS! It is with great pleasure that I announce the recipient of the 2020 FORE PREMIER PROPERTIES TOP PRODUCER AWARD – for total gross production sold to Karin Buchanan - closing an astounding $16,101,430 last year. Karin has established an outstanding professional reputation amongst her clients and peers. Her honesty, integrity, and commitment to excellence have made her a prominent and highly esteemed agent at Fore Premier Properties.


The recipient of the distinguished 2020 FORE PREMIER PROPERTIES MOST TRANSACTIONS AWARD showcases what real estate is all about: hustle. Karin Buchanan's continued ability to go above and beyond for her clients, coupled by her high energy, proves this "go-getter" gets results.



In real estate, there is a saying, "it ain’t over until its closed, and even then funded!" The 2020 FORE PREMIER PROPERTIES WORST DEAL CLOSED AWARD is special because it is earned by an agent who closed an exceedingly difficult deal that most agents would have tucked their tails and ran from – but they didn’t! It shows character, perseverance and most importantly patience. I have to say this year was such a blur that I enlisted the help of the office to submit their war stories so I might jog my memory on this year’s worst deal closed recipient. Congrats Geri Magnell for prevailing for your clients!


This year we had several wonderful new additions to the team. However, one particularly stood out closing $2,187,300 in just 6 months – and let me share this is a brand new agent! Congratulations to Jerry O’Hern. We knew you were going to be good but we are blown away by your natural talent and can-do attitude. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for you next year. Your future is so bright and boundless.

We are excited and feel energized by the opportunities the future holds. The hill country continues to boom, and its real estate market with it. Our emphasis on client relationships, exceptional marketing, thoughtful analysis, and above all, integrity, leave us better positioned in the market than ever.
